Shipping 

We use UPS Ground delivery for US orders (48 internal states only).  US Priority is used for Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO address's and US Postal is used for Canada.

Shipping costs $12.00 for most urns and $6.00 for the smaller keepsake items, (burial markers and horse urns are $20.00).  All orders are subject to credit card approval.  In-stock items will be shipped the same business day for orders received by 12:00 pm Eastern Time, otherwise it will ship out the next business day (not Saturday or Sunday).

Returns

Pets At Rest Urns will allow returns for up to 30 days from date of purchase, the urn simply needs to arrive back in good condition without significant damage.  You will be refunded the invoiced amount less a $10 restocking fee, related custom engraving and/or custom painting fees and related shipping fees.  Orders damaged or incorrectly filled:  Pets At Rest Urns will replace and ship via original method, at no additional cost to the buyer.  Faster delivery fees will be charged to the buyer.  A shipping credit will be issued for items shipped back to Pets At Rest Urns.  Orders involving cancellations or changes on completed orders not yet shipped:

A $10 redo fee will be charged for wood change on a non-figurine urn order.

A $15 redo fee will be charged for a plate change.

A $20 redo fee will be charged for a wood or figurine change involving a figurine urn order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us before sending the item back.  Since we deal with several sources, we will need to send the proper instructions on how and where to return the item(s).
