 Q:   How do I transfer my pet’s ashes? 

A:   Cremated remains are generally returned from the crematory in a temporary container made of plastic, metal or cardboard.  Inside the container the cremated remains should be contained in a plastic bag that has been fastened with a twist tie or other fastener.  The bagged ashes of your beloved pet can be easily transferred directly into the urn as is.  Most companies include a new clean bag for your use should you need to funnel or transfer the ashes into the urn through a narrow opening. 

Q:   What size urn do I need? 

A:    Guidelines are based on your pets live weight and not their ashes.  Basically, every 8 pounds of a pet requires 10 cubic inches of inside space, i.e.  a 40-pound pet requires an urn with 50 cubic inches of inside space. 

Q:   How many lines can I have on the engraved plate? 

A:   You may have up to 2 lines of engraving with up to a total of 50 characters. 

Q:   How are the urns shipped? 

A:   We attempt to ship the same day the order is made.  We use UPS ground delivery because the urns experience the least amount of damage this way.   (Priority Mail is used for Hawaii and Alaska & US Postal Service for Canada.) 

Q:  How long will it take until I get my order? 

A:  Usually 2-4 days.  Burial markers may take longer, 10-17 days on average.Alaska & Hawaii may take 3-10 business days. 

Q:  What type of payments do you accept? 

A:  We accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Paypal.  You do NOT need to have a Paypal account.  We also accept check and money orders (funds must be received before item is shipped)

Q:  Why when I put in my card type does it take me to Paypal? 

A:   This is because Paypal is our credit card processor, you do not need an account with them, they will take you to their secure page where you put in your credit card information and then just hit pay and you're done!

Q:   Why does the Paypal page state "Sistazz2mall"?

A:  Petsatresturns.com is just one of a few websites that we own and Sistazz2mall.com is the "parent" company which all of our business information is listed with Paypal, therefore any documentation from Paypal will have our parent company name listed.

Q:   Why do you use Paypal to process credit cards?

A:   We use Paypal because the cost to use them is quite a bit less then other credit card processors and they are 100% safe and secure.

Q:   What is your return policy? 

A:   you may return any urn purchased up to 30 days, no questions asked and we will refund you, minus shipping charges.  The urn must be returned in good condition without significant damage.

 Q:   How do I send you a photo for “Marble Image Memorial”? 

A:  You can e-mail a high-resolution scan of your photo to 2sistazz@gmail.com anytime after you place your order.  Simply state your order number and any instructions you may have, (such as crop out house in background) 

Q:  If I were to e-mail you a picture, what format should I use?

A:  We accept most of the widely used formats, (jpg, tift, bmp, png).  We recommend 300 dpi in 4 inch x 6 inch size.   

Q:   Where do I put the information I want written on my urn?  

A:    Once you check out, there is an area after you enter your shipping information to indicate what you would like written on your urn.
